Yang (Jasmine) Bao

Jasmine has a diverse background in litigation, cross-border transactions, and corporate legal matters. She developed her expertise through internships at top law firms and roles in corporate legal departments. Most recently, she has conducted depositions, represented clients in mediations, and successfully negotiated settlements as a litigation attorney. Fluent in Mandarin and English, Jasmine is especially skilled in navigating complex legal landscapes for business clients.

Beyond the courtroom, Jasmine enjoys reading non-fiction, spending time with her family, and doting on her cat Ollie. She is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals with creativity, precision, and an unwavering commitment to justice.
