Collin Rhyne

Brianna “Bri” Hayes is an Associate who represents clients in a variety of litigation and legal matters. She has experience handling complex, multi-party litigation and disputes involving businesses, individuals, and insurance professionals. Her litigation experience includes construction defects, personal injury, premises liability, oil field accidents, wrongful death, and other civil matters. Her experience spans the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and resolution.

Bri earned her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law and her B.S. in International Trade & Finance from Louisiana State University. Bri developed a strong foundation in corporate and transactional matters through legal internships and SMU Small Business and Trademark Clinic, including work involving corporate governance, joint ventures, business formation, and trademark matters. This varied experience allows her to approach each matter with an understanding of both the legal issues and the practical considerations facing her clients. Her commitment to building meaningful client relationships and achieving excellent results led her to Burke Bogdanowicz PLLC, where she brings this approach to her practice.
