Henry Williams IV

Henry is a trial attorney and skilled negotiator adept at obtaining results for his clients. His practice focuses on business disputes, construction defects, premises liability, product liability, entertainment, and personal injury matters.

Henry's knowledge and tenured experience in the insurance world puts his clients and carriers in a position to confidently work with someone who understands their language and particular needs. With relevant experience in and outside of the law, Henry is not afraid to put either hat on to go to trial or negotiate a favorable settlement for his clients.

Over his career, both as a litigation adjuster and a second career attorney, Henry has a reputation for extraordinary dedication to "outside of the box" thinking.

Henry is from St. Louis, Missouri and has lived in the DFW area, Houston, and New Jersey. After graduating from Prairie View A&M University, Henry attended and graduated with his MBA from University of Phoenix. After a 14-year insurance career, Henry decided to attend University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law's evening program while continuing to work full time. While in law school, Henry served as a Law Clerk for Dallas Criminal Court Judge Remeko Edwards. Since graduating law school, Henry has worked diligently as an attorney in Dallas before finding his way to Burke Bogdanowicz PLLC.
